That big decision.

All these minutiae of event seemingly insignificant on its own, but collectively have brought you here.

You are here.

The labyrinth of choices you have made have brought you here. The wrong decision you regretted almost immediately, the anger, the strife, the resounding no, the whispering ‘yes’, the promises made, the disappointment, that heartbreak.

Yet, you are here.

Showing up every day. Telling the universe with your actions and inactions that even though you exist as an infinitesimal shard of her, your imprint resonates within her cosmic embrace. Telling her that you are not only an afterthought, you are a cherished participant in her unfolding spiel.

You are here.

You deserve to be here.

And if you cease to exist, the universe will pause, if only for a moment, to acknowledge the absence of your tiny spark.
